I just updated to 9.4.1 and noticed that I could no longer move windows to the next monitor after the update.
I found the download for 9.3c in another thread and tested it in there.
No problem whatsover, I did not change any settings.

I am not quite sure if the problem already existed on 9.4 and I cant test it because I cant find a download for it, but it is a feature I use very frequently so I would have noticed that probably.

Now that I think of it, since I only use it via keybind and not the title button, I could test that as well.
EDIT: Just tested it with the button in the title bar and it worked. So it probably has to do with the keybinds in general. I tested binding another key and it doesnt work either.
EDIT2: No keybinds at all are working. Even the default ones like strechting the window to all screens dont work.
