We have DF on several dozen computers, all of them nearly identical, and very similar configurations. One user recently started having a problem where she moves Chrome or Internet Explorer from one monitor to the other, and suddenly she can't click on any buttons in the browser. The only way to resolve it is to reboot the computer. We've updated the OS, tried multiple versions of DF, including the beta and rolling back to version 8. We've tested it on other Windows profiles and seen the same problem. If she minimizes the browser when this is happening, all her other programs close, like Outlook, Excel, etc. I've attached a screenshot. This is a tough issue to describe without seeing it in person. We've also updated the graphics drivers, which briefed fixed it, but not for any longer than a reboot. Here's how the user describes it:

"I’m not sure what is happening but when using Google Chrome on my right monitor, the header goes black, I can’t see any of the tabs I have open or the web address, I cannot X to close or minimize. If I do click close or minimize, it closes/minimizes the programs I have running behind the browser (outlook, excel, etc). I can only click the display fusion icon to move the browser to my left screen, and then functionality returns."
