I had tried all the combinations of the snagging settings in D.F. and came to the wrong conculsion that they worked differently than I expected. Do you have the "Prevent mouse cursor from snagging" option enabled on the DisplayFusion Settings > Mouse Management tab?

I currently use a monitor layout where if I use a toolbar on the upper edge of the lower monitors where there is no monitor above it, and I overshoot a little it throws the mouse left or right into the upper monitor. I would like to be able to create resizable fences that the mouse cannot cross on window borders. Seems to best fit with the Splits/padding settings.
