When I checked the location of Firefox.exe it wasn't in the "updated" location after the software had been updated. Sorry for the delay on this. The log shows that the process path doesn't match the rule, because Firefox was updated, and it's running from a temporary path. Rebooting the machine (if you haven't done so already) should fix this up. I've setup a Window Location rule for Firefox, and after pressing Ctrl + N to open a new Firefox window, it correctly moves to the monitor specified in the rule.

Could you attach a screenshot of your Window Location rule, as well as a debug log?

• On the Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L2: Log Detailed"
• Restart DisplayFusion
• Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
• Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
• Disable debug logging after sending the log

The Window Location option worked great so I could keep all my Firefox windows on one monitor, and IE windows on the other using the Window Location feature in DF.

Since Firefox was updated to v43, this functionality has stopped working. Some popup windows now open on the opposite monitor. I don't want to have to resort to opening popup windows in tabs as this is not conducive to the type of work I do (Help Desk).

I've always been runnning the 32-bit version of the browser. ]]>
