<description><![CDATA[Odd... When I checked the location of Firefox.exe it wasn't in the "updated" location after the software had been updated.  A reboot fixed most of the problem but I also changed the rule to "*firefox*" which seems to have fixed the problem!]]></description>

Ah! Sorry for the delay on this. The log shows that the process path doesn't match the rule, because Firefox was updated, and it's running from a temporary path. Rebooting the machine (if you haven't done so already) should fix this up. Alternatively, you can change the Window Location rule to use *Firefox.exe, so that it will match any instance of Firefox, regardless of its path.

<br/>
Could you attach a screenshot of your Window Location rule, as well as a debug log?<br/>

<li>On the Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L2: Log Detailed"</li>
<li>Restart DisplayFusion</li>
<li>Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file</li>
<li>Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)</li>
<li>Disable debug logging after sending the log</li></ul>

I have 2 monitors, Windows 7 (x64) and had Firefox 42 installed.  The Window Location option worked great so I could keep all my Firefox windows on one monitor, and IE windows on the other using the Window Location feature in DF.<br/>
<br/>
Since Firefox was updated to v43, this functionality has stopped working.  Some popup windows now open on the opposite monitor.  I don't want to have to resort to opening popup windows in tabs as this is not conducive to the type of work I do (Help Desk).<br/>
<br/>
I've always been runnning the 32-bit version of the browser.
