It's better now, but not perfect. I've attached a screenshot of the Alt-Tab window under DF 10.1.2b and with DF not running (for reference).

Each window in the Alt-Tab display has a Very Very Light Gray background. If I mouse over them, whichever is moused over gets a Light Gray background instead. Not great, but easy to see.

But if I tab between them, as I do 99.9% of the time, the only visual cue is a 1-pixel white border.
