It was all icons on any monitor other than my main monitor. I uninstalled/reinstalled and it seems to have resolved the issue. So maybe a botched install? Not sure. I have gone through screen by screen to compare the settings and everything appears to be the same, but the behavior is still off. Any assistance here would be greatly appreciated!
