Hi. I've just tried the method you suggested and it almost works perfectly. Except even when the cursor is locked to the warcraft 3 window, and I move the cursor all the way to the right, it still pops out on the secondary monitor (even if it's just a little). Thus when I click my mouse while I scroll, the game gets out of focus. Any idea how to prevent this (cursor still pops out a little on the secondary monitor)? I appreciate your help so far, Keith. Thanks before!

Ok, I just had a chance to try this out. It looks like while the function does allow you to alt-tab to change focus to another application while WC3 stays full screen, unfortunately WC3 appears to be locking the mouse cursor itself to the game

After some more testing, this workaround seems to deliver the best results:

Add the -window switch to the WC3 shortcut to launch it in Windowed Mode (see attached screenshot for reference)

Set a key combination on the "Lock/Unlock Mouse Cursor to Current Focused Window" Function in DisplayFusion

Launch the game from the shortcut that you edited, and optionally maximize it

Press the key combination you assigned in Step 2 to lock the mouse cursor to the window so that you can still easily edge scroll

When you want to switch to another app, just press the key combination again to unlock the mouse cursor

Hope that helps!

Hi. Well unfortunately when I wrote my previous comment, I had also tried the window location rule. And following your suggestion I have just tried adding 2.0 seconds delay time but it does not make any difference. Anyway, is there a way to move my mouse cursor to next monitor? Like adding a function so when I press a hotkey (let's say win + `), my mouse cursor immediately moves to a fixed position on the next monitor.
Thanks for helping me. I hope this problem gets resolved.

Hi. I have updated df pro to version 5.0 and I have tried the ignore deactivation function but still it does not do what I want to do. What it does is I start my game (warcraft III) and warcraft III starts full screen on monitor A. Then I press the hotkey I have set for the ignore deactivation function (win + `) and I hear a sound, presumably because df detected the hotkey. But then how do I move my mouse cursor to my next monitor (monitor B)? I have tried alt tab but it doesn't work. In fact when the ignore deactivation function is toggled (on) for the warcraft III, I can't even alt tab. Whereas when the ignore deactivation function is off, I still can alt tab though warcraft III will get minimized instantly when it goes out of focus.

Please help me. Thanks again.

Hi. Could someone please show me how to do this "Ignore Deactivation" feature with DF? And is there also a feature for switching over mouse cursor to next monitor?

I've checked the hotkeys and couldn't find the key for it. I've also tried adding a custom hotkey action but there's no "Ignore Deactivation" to be found.

Basically what I want to do is to play a game (ex: warcraft III) on fullscreen mode on my primary monitor and yahoo messenger on my secondary monitor. And I would like to be able to have the cursor switch to my secondary monitor and chat on yahoo messenger without warcraft III goes out of focus on my primary monitor. Cause if warcraft III goes out of focus, it gets minimized instantly. I can only do alt tab now and it's very inconvenient.

Thanks before!
