When Active Desktop is enabled the wallpaper has to be tiled differently. The setting doesn't enable Active Desktop, and DisplayFusion will always auto-detect whether it is required and check it if needed. I am assuming it will allow me to have a webpage as part of my background, and this is what i am trying to do.

Running Windows XP Pro.
