You could create <a href="https://www.displayfusion.com/KB/WorkingWithTriggers/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"><b>Trigger</b></a> rules to move the specific applications to that monitor, then create a wildcard Trigger rule (*.* as the Process Filename) that moves everything else to another monitor.<br/>

Just make sure the *.* rule is the last one in the list, and that the other rules have the "Stop processing" checkbox enabled.<br/>
