Are you just using the Taskbar Opacity setting on the Settings > Taskbar tab? That won't actually make DisplayFusion not reserve the space for the taskbar. You're better off to enable Auto Hide on the taskbar by doing the following:

• Right-click the taskbar
• Navigate to Multi-Monitor Taskbar > Auto-Hide > Enabled

I have a strange problem, whenever I maximize a window on my secondary monitor which has the displayfusion taskbar on it it leaves a space where the taskbar would be as if it was visible at the time and shows a small section of my wallpaper, as shown in the attached picture.

Again, It only happens on my secondary monitor which has the displayfusion taskbar and doesn't seem to be an issue on the Microsoft taskbar. (Although it has horrible fading problems which aren't an issue in displayfusion)
