It seems like Windows 8/10 have issues with setting the wallpaper image some times. If you go into the Windows desktop wallpaper settings, you'll see that the selected image is correct there, just not on the desktop. I'm not sure why this happens though. Restarting Explorer.exe solves the problem
Basically it crops the image like it is trying to span, but then duplicates that image across all monitors... Heres a screenshot ]]>
