Note that you should overwrite or save new versions of your Monitor Profiles after updating. Please let us know how it works out when you've had a chance to give it a go.

Yes, it is still mismatched. The monitors only get cloned correctly if I don't use DisplayFusion. This causes the monitor positions to be completely wrong when I load the profile.

Attached are some screenshots of the monitor numbers in both Nvidia Control Panel and DisplayFusion.
In the first screenshot, all the numbers match. In the second screenshot, I set two of the monitors to be cloned, and the numbers are incorrect in DisplayFusion. ]]>
