This is the ONLY reason I'm considering this program, to save the window positions. I don't really need the other functionality.

So if I can't get this to work properly, I won't be buying it.

Do you know if there are any plans to implement something more reliable anytime soon? (Given how often this feature is asked for I'm surprised it's not higher priority.)

I turn all three monitors on and off using a power strip.

My problem is that when I come back in the morning after having them off overnight (and probably shorter periods as well), the windows which were on the Displayport monitor are now on the main screen.

The only reason for this program on my system is to prevent this from happening. It's quite possible it is a setting, but I have no idea what

Help would be appreciated
