Firefox/Palemoon has always been a PIA for screen location.

The work around is to minimize (not to taskbar, just shrink the size), move it un-maximized to the monitor you want it to open on, and close it.

Re-start it and it will open on the desired monitor. You can then maximize and it will stay.

It seems as though if you move it & close it un-maximized, it will re-open on the screen it was closed on.

It's not a DF issue, it's a Firefox/Palemoon issue.

Hope that helps, regards;
I have a Display Fusion pinned shortcut for Firefox on both my monitors with "Force application to start on same as Taskbar" checked. Previously if I clicked the taskbar shortcut it would open Firefox and then move to the screen I clicked the shortcut. As of the Firefox 27 update it does not move any longer... Did they change the title of the window that you're targetting so display fusion can't move it? It's not horrible just a bit annoying...
