If the TV isn't reporting to Windows that it's off, Windows and DF have no way to know that it's been switched off.

You could manually disable it and then save the Monitor Profile. Unfortunately, I just realized that even when my TV is off, Windows and DisplayFusion detects the TV and is outputing a signal to it.

If you save Monitor Profiles for both the TV off and TV on, you can then assign Audio Devices to each Monitor Profile in the "Manage Monitor Profiles" window.
