We don't normally provide phone support, but we should be able to get you sorted out.

You don't actually need to physically change the positions of the monitors. In the screen resolution settings, you should be able to drag one of the monitors to the opposite side so that they match the physical position. If you're still having trouble with the monitor configuration, please attach a screenshot of the screen resolution settings window.

Do you still have both monitors enabled? If the positioning is good, but you're still having the wallpaper troubles, you can open the DisplayFusion Desktop Wallpaper window, and just click Apply, that should fix it up.

For the desktop icons, you'll likely need to manually arrange them again, but you can save them as a Desktop Icon Profile so that you can load them later on if they get jumbled again

Keith,
Prior to reading your reply, I have done the following.
I somehow got the 2nd monitor back up and running, but for some reason the monitor positions were reversed.
When I had my mouse on monitor 1, to get to monitor 2 I moved my mouse to the left.
This didn't work well for me, so I physically reversed my monitor positions.
What I was left with was a somewhat distorted wallpaper. (one third of the image on monitor 2 was a continuation of monitor 1, the remaining 2/3 seemed to be what should have been the first portion of monitor 1) Also my desktop icons were all located on one monitor, whereas prior to my problem, they were spread out over 2 monitors.
I have, just today, updated to the 5.1.1 version.
I would like to maintain my free subscription.
Can you help me?

Thanks,
During the process of printing out a health insurance temporary card, I mistakenly clicked on something that knocked out one of my monitors. When I restart my computer, both screens show that Windows is starting up, but shortly thereafter I lose one of the monitors. I am unable to figure out how to restore both monitors without upgrading. Display fusion was installed by a computer technician and I am not aware of any license key. I am running version 3.4.1
