Hi Keith,
this happens when a window was caught in one of the panes. Before that, I can maximize the window on that monitor to the whole size by double-clicking the title or clicking the maximize-button or pressing WIN + Arrrow Up.
I just tried again and I can maximize windows across the whole monitor (which has panes) by shift-clicking the maximize button (I know I tried before I replied and it was not working ... ).
Double-clicking the window title or presing WIN + Arrow Up maximizes inte the respective pane.
Thanks for your replying Keith, I think this kind of solves it now

Hi, sorry for re-opening this issue, but with the current version this does not seem to work any longer. My setup is: Laptop (main screen, no splitting) + external Monitor (3 Horizonzal splits). I want to maximize a single window on the external monitor. However, the shortcuts you mentioned did not work.

Now, I set the "Maximize Window (ignore splitting)" function to show a button in the window's title bar.

Is it a known problem that shift-clicking the maximize button or double-clicking the title bar does not work any longer?

Is there a way to right-click the maximize the the window while ignoring monitor splits?
I use both DisplayFusion and AquaSnap. AquaSnap lets me assign mouse shortcuts to certain actions. That would be incredibly useful if I could do that in DisplayFusion.
Thanks.
