I guess this is a 2 part question.  I use start 8 and have the start button on both monitors.  I would to launch application on the monitor I start them from the start 8 menu.  Is that possible?<br/>

I would also like to launch applications saved to my desktop depending where that icon is launched from.  So if I click Chrome on my second monitor it will only launch in the second monitor.
