I've seen this happen if the scaling level changed but the computer wasn't rebooted. I have a strange font scaling problem with windows 10 -- take a look at the screenshots I selected. My scaling for DF settings screen looks incorrect (fonts look big, letters are clipped off), as does the clock font in the system tray on anything other than my primary monitor.
My second screenshot shows the scaling at 100%.
Do you have any thoughts on how I can resolve this issue?
