Yes actually! <br/>
And more info i found as well, if Google Chrome is in Full Screen mode, and i grab the title bar and try to drag it to a snap position, it wont snap. <br/>
HOWEVER, if i drag it just anywhere and leave it so its not in fullscreen mode, it will then snap if dragged around then.<br/>
Does this make sense?
