If so, check that you haven't enabled the "Disable TitleBar Buttons" option in any of the Compatibility rules. Also check the Settings > Functions tab to make sure TitleBar Buttons are enabled, and that it's showing in the titlebar preview at the bottom of the Functions tab.

When you see the mouse leave the title bar, thats when it then begins to snap.

Yes actually!
And more info i found as well, if Google Chrome is in Full Screen mode, and i grab the title bar and try to drag it to a snap position, it wont snap.
HOWEVER, if i drag it just anywhere and leave it so its not in fullscreen mode, it will then snap if dragged around then.

E.G. Outlook seems to snap ok most times, but Chrome and Notepad and explorer windows dont.
Is there something im missing? I have all settings on the Snapping screen set as i think they should be?
