It sure is! If you want to change it for one application, you can create a rule on the Settings > Compatibility tab and use the "Horizontal Offset" values to move them. Negative values will move them to the left.<br/>
<br/>
If you want to change it for all applications, you can use the TitleBar Buttons Horizontal Offset option in the Settings > Advanced Settings window.<br/>
