Regarding the mouse, you can currently lock the mouse to a monitor using the "Lock/Unlock Mouse Cursor" Functions on the Settings > Functions tab. Will that work for you?

It would be good to have a key combination to use which would simultaneously toggle display standby (the power-saving mode that monitors can enter when sent an appropriate signal) and restrict the mouse cursor to the remaining monitors.
