I was using Windows version 11.0.5 without issues until it stopped working, seemingly after the KB5050009 update. I then installed the latest Beta version, but DisplayFusion still failed to run. As a workaround, I installed version 10.1.2 via Steam, which initially worked. However, after automatically updating back to 11.0.5, the problem resurfaced. Guess I am sticking to 10.1.2 for the moment.

Just to chime in, I got this issue immediately after installing<br/>
"2023-02 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022906)"<br/>
Removing this update didn't work, and it left behind a Servicing Stack update (10.0.19041.2664) which can't be uninstalled.<br/>
I was actually getting really desperate about this, as my workflow relies on SO MANY shortcuts that DisplayFusion provides (I can live without the wallpapers for a while). Thankfully updating to the most recent beta fixed this!<br/>
EDIT: And to clarify further, I was getting high CPU usage from both DisplayFusion.exe as well as DisplayFusion service, and wasn't getting DF in the tray, and DisplayFusion service was always listed as "Starting" under services, never reaching "Running" status.<br/>
<br/>
EDIT2: And no AVG either.
