Three of the accounts also used thier Microsoft login. The 4th is a local account.
When the other user's login, a displayfusion icon is in the system tray

DisplayFusion should be installed on a per-user basis, so other user accounts won't have it installed unless they choose to. Are you sharing the same local account with other people?

The other users either want me to uninstall display fusion, or they change the settings. When I log in to my account, I need to fix changes & reload my profiles
