Edit: Scratch that, I found the problem. The issue is that some files either got corrupted, or aren't valid pictures.

Easiest fix: Go to the folder in explorer, set the view to tiles, and look for any file that does not say the resolution under the name. Presto, fixed.

If all the files have the resolutions, look again, and if after a second sweep there are still no screwed up files, open one file with the windows picture and fax viewer. Go through the entire folder using the next image arrows provided by the viewer, and if one doesn't come up, delete it.

"An error has occured while setting your new Wallpaper. Parameter is not valid."

I cant find an application log to figure out what file(s) is/are causing the issue. The issue doesn't seem to have any real negative but I thought I'd report it. ]]>
