1. This is actually by design, it's just supposed to be a list of the installed languages. Perhaps this doesn't make sense though, I'll investigate this for version 3.1.9.<br/>

2. Another excellent idea. I'll investigate changing the register key to accept a language file ID (like 'FR') instead of showing errors for all languages.<br/>

3.
