If the issue persists without DisplayFusion running, it's likely something else causing it. Did you install any other software, or change any hardware around the same time the issue started?

@JLJTGR has a good suggestion with trying the keyboard on another computer as well.

A lot of "gaming" keyboards will have ways of disabling the Win key. Some do it via software, some do it by a physical switch on the keyboard itself or Fn key combo. You can do this through the registry too, but that's less common.
