This is expected, as we can't hook the start menu, so we have to wait until it is open before we move it. That's interesting this just started happening for you. If you revert back to v9.8, does this issue go away?

This is new as of Beta 6.
Edit: this is the same for the sound control, clock and probably others too. ]]>
