Make sure to specify the Window Text (e.g. "Reminders") in the Trigger rule so that it only applies to the reminders window.

The Outlook meeting reminder window keeps disappearing beneath my windows and I can't see the new meetings when I've opened another window over it.
Toggle always on top works as long as I haven't closed the window, but the next time the window appears I would have to re-toggle the window on top.
Also, when I load a window position profile, always on top is disabled for the reminder window. ]]>
