Something about the Monitor Configuration would have to change, so that you could save it as a Monitor Profile and assign a specific Audio Device to that Monitor Profile.

Is there a way to set my audio to change the default playback device when I turn my second monitor on. Displayfusion seems to always recognize the 2nd monitor regardless whether it is on. Since I use a TV for the second monitor, and the audio connected to the TV it would be nice to have the audio switch when the TV is turned on, and switch back when I turn the television off.
