If moving them isn't possible, and since DisplayFusion is no stranger to replicating system features just so they can be more configurable (you know, like the taskbar), would it be possible for DisplayFusion to read all notifications and then display them using its own window on a monitor of our choice? Then the system notifications could be muted with Windows's "Do Not Disturb" feature. I feel like it's an idea worth trying out.
