@microUgly,@benway: Windows Vista and Windows 7 already have the taskbar window previews built-in to the Windows Taskbar. It will take a supreme amount of work to add it to the Windows XP taskbar, so I'll probably just leave that alone. I think this is pretty typical with GTK software.  I'm not sure even Vista can display previews for them.<br/>
<br/>
At this point, eyes probably need to be focused on W7 anyway.  I wouldn't expect<i>too</i>much effort be put towards all the extra 'niceties' for XP when w7 is a much tougher nut to crack...
