SETTINGS
All taskbars are in "Auto-Hide" mode.
"All Taskbars Show Relevant Windows" is Selected.

CURRENT BEHAVIOR
When the Windows taskbar is selected, ALL taskbars in the other two monitors are also displayed. This is the desired behavior.

However, when I select EITHER of the other two taskbars, only the taskbar in that monitor is displayed.

DESIRED BEHAVIOR
Is there a setting that allows me to display all taskbars in all monitors when ANY taskbar is selected? If not, can this be added to the Feature Request list?
