I have split my main monitor (of a 3 monitor setup) into 2 panels using a horizontal split so I can have two windows side by side. This works perfectly. Monitors defined as 3.1 & 3.2

Occasionally I want one application window to use all of the 27" monitor. Is there a way to maximize the window (ie use both virtual monitors 3.1 & 3.2).

Thanks!
