Whenever you click on the clock and move your cursor within (let's say) 0.2secs on Steams tray icon or the two system icons (network status + volume) it'll open their ContextMenu or ContextWindow.

I'm pretty sure this issue exists on any system tray icon which provides a single left-click action (like showing some window or contextmenu).

I recorded a small video showing the issue. There is a small timespan where I leave the mouse above the volume icon and it'll open the window as well - unfortunately it opened on my main screen and I couldn't move it (within the recording area).

Oh, I just tested one more thing: It's not just related to the system clock: You can also do it by clicking on both system tray icons (volume + network status) and leave the mouse again on Steam (or on <insert any other application which provides a single left-click action on it's tray icon>). ]]>
