The secondary taskbar seems to be sliding behind windows 100% of the time even with non-full screen windows. Every once and a while I'll see the taskbar blip on top of a window when the taskbar is activated. Restarting does not change the behavior. I've not seen issue until updating to 10.0 Beta 22.

I have a DF Taskbar on my second monitor. It's set to Autohide, but when it slides out, it is behind any window that at that part of the screen.. Is there to make it stay on top of everything when it slides out?? ]]>
