Unfortunately for both of these issues, there's no real way to completely avoid them.

For the taskbar issue, when the window already has focus, the next click on the taskbar button will minimize it. You will have to click on something else first, and then click the taskbar button.

As for the Alt + Tab issue, there's no way to prevent the trigger from firing off that. Using Alt + Tab gives the window focus the same way as clicking it does, so it will continue to fire that trigger.

Seem to be helpful without creating other problems as far as I've tested. There is only one bug happening right now. If there is a window on the secondary monitor and I click on it in the primary taskbar, it just moves to the monitor I want as intended. But if I try to do the same on the secondary monitor the window minimizes on the primary monitor with my first click and with my second click shows on the right monitor. Is there a way to fix this behavior?

Edit: There is another problem. I've attached a trigger below that should move any focused windows to the monitor your mouse is currently on, including items focused from the taskbar.

You can then set your taskbar mode in the DisplayFusion settings window to "All taskbars show all windows".
