I managed to solve it, and I think it has something to do with the fact I'm running the Steam version.

Lonmg story short, Steam doesn't seem to like updating Displayfusion. The version it's provisioning is 9.5, I think. I finally noticed and updated manually from within Displayfusion.

I tested. Under the Steam installed version the weird snapping behavior is consistent. Under 9.6.1 the bug went away.

Wow, do I not like Win10.

Now, onto another weird bug I found!
I disabled the 1st and 3rd options, but it didn't have any effect. It's odd, but not a big deal.

I also made sure that all Windows snap settings were disbaled to no avail. One other thing I tried was to adjust the windows snap distance in DF settings.

The properties window, when snapped to any another window or edge increases from 363x527 to 373x532.

I can actually get it to snap without resizing if I drag the window to an edge, allow it to snap, then drag it slightly further so that it unsnaps (and goes back to original size), and then drag it back to where it snaps again (at original size).

Hello,
I recently switched from Windows 7 to 10 and in the process decided to set up DisplayFusion through Steam. I noticed an odd behavior that I thought I'd ask about since I'm not sure if it's DisplayFusion or Windows causing the behavior.

Description: When snapping windows (not application windows), the object dragged and snapped to an existing window actually resizes itself to be slightly larger (see attachment).

I currently have all snapping options in Windows' settings disabled, so I believe that only DisplayFusion should be handling this behavior. Knowing Windows, this may not be the case, though. I don't know.

I was wondering if anyone knows if this behavior is caused by DisplayFuision, and if so, if there's a way to disable it.

Regards!
esa
