I moved back to the previous beta (25) which doesn't have that issue. I'll wait for the next beta (27) and if that also has this issue I'll see if I can make a video of it.

And it's not really flashing, but after a switch to another monitor it's resizing for a couple seconds and sometimes it maximizes correctly, but sometimes it doesn't. And if you switch quickly between monitors it sometimes disappears behind another window.

Also the monitors I'm switching to have different resolutions. One is 1920x1080, the other is 1680x1050. Nah, not fixed. Same error. And now the workaround I posted is also broken...

edit: the workaround works again after a reboot.

edit2: this is offtopic, but this latest beta introduces lots of issues when moving a maximized window to another monitor with a hotkey. It flashes and often is not maximized or disappears behind another window.

As a workaround, what does work, is if I add notepad.exe as an application and as commandline argument I add the path to the txt file. However, this only works if I tag "launch as administrator". Yes I can only choose 'open' from the Windows Store. Notepad is installed. If it matters, for some reason I have two versions of Notepad, at "C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe" and one at "C:\Windows\notepad.exe".
