It seems to happen when you have multiple windows open but the focus is on a window on a different taskbar.

I have a mix, I have one ultrawide monitor that I have splits on so it's split into 3 monitors, middle of that is native windows taskbar, left and right of that is bottom.
I have another monitor that has the taskbar on the top. Is that the problem?
