You can pin them by right-clicking their taskbar button and choosing "Pin this program to taskbar."

Unfortunately it's not possible to have the Window Position Profile launch the applications. This is due to the fact that it doesn't know about what files are open, what websites are loaded, etc, so it would only work for a small number of scenarios.

Is that possible? For example Outlook loads far left, excel mid, and Messenger far right in the taskbar. Thanks!
