Honestly, If I had the option of running Windows 10, I would be happy enough with Windows' built in Monitor Manager.
I am running one program that is a Full Screen only software program, so I am forced to designate that (non-touch) monitor as Primary.
My second monitor is a touch screen.

My problem is that when I touch the screen, the computer thinks I am clicking Monitor 1.
(When I bought the touch screen I was not aware that Windows 7 did not work like Windows 10)

Do you have a solution for me? ]]>
