Here are the steps:

• Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
• Click the "Export Info to File" button
• Reply with the file attached

Also, if you delete and recreate those profiles, does the issue persist?

and
[2560x1440][2560x1440]

So I've set up two profiles, but trying to switch between them I just get
