The Start menu should definitely be scaling correctly when it opens on the other monitors though. Could you attach a copy of your DisplayFusion troubleshooting info?

  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button

This menu first shows up oversized in the base Windows Taskbar screen (the home screen if you will) and then pops over to the Display fusion taskbar one is trying to activate Windows Start from.

At the same time my laptop screen, which is 4k and is a Display Fusion taskbar (I have the primary Windows taskbar on my larger monitor) shrinks the Tray icons to something too small to see, even though scaling is set at 250x.
