You can run any function via shortcut by typing:
"*Install Directory*\DisplayFusionCommand.exe" -hotkeyrun "Function Name"

Assuming you installed in the default directory; pasting this into a shortcut should switch to your next monitor profile:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\DisplayFusion\DisplayFusionCommand.exe" -hotkeyrun "Load Next Monitor Profile(alphabetically)"

Sadly this only moves in one direction, so you need another shortcut to move back (or a custom function that does both)

"C:\Program Files (x86)\DisplayFusion\DisplayFusionCommand.exe" -hotkeyrun "Load Previous Monitor Profile(alphabetically)"

@keith:
It would have been nice if "Load Next Monitor Profile(alphabetically)" would cycle back to the start of the monitor profile list, when it reaches the end. (though I wouldn't recommend changing it.. but potentially adding a "Load next Monitor Profile(alphabetically-LOOP)" function
