For the first time in a vvvvvvvery long time, my manually initiated Nvidia update from V417.22 to V417.35 did NOT blank out my Monitor 1 to a black background during or on completion of the update. In other words, my dual monitor wallpaper spanning monitors 1 and 2(primary) stayed active and I did not have to reset monitor 1 back to spanning following the completion of the Nvidia update.

Rebooting does not clear up the problem. Monitor 3 has its own wallpaper and is in portrait, Monitors 2 and 1 share a wall paper and are in landscape. The graphics card is an EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Titan.

When upgrading the Nvidia driver, Monitor 1 switches to a solid color. Monitors 2 and 3 properly retain their wallpaper setting.

A debug log is attached. The log spans the Nvidia upgrade procedure. When I upgrade, I use the Custom procedure and do not install GeForce Experience.

Please note that this bug was occurring on the previous version of DF as well. ]]>
