Dell Backup and Recovery comes by default on Dell machines, and an old version of it caused this issue. If so, that's likely what's causing this to happen. If you don't use it, there are a couple of things you can do to resolve this:
  • Uninstall Dell Backup and Recovery, or,
  • Rename the C:\Program Files (x86)\Dell Backup and Recovery\components\Shell\System.Data.SQLite.dll file to System.Data.SQLite.old

DisplayFusion still runs, but whatever menu I'm trying to open crashes.
