Just installed WizMouse (on W7 Ultimate 64-bit) after seeing this - brilliant! Another essential piece of software, especially for those with multiple monitor set-ups.

Specifically when trying to scroll an app when moving between screens. Make the app under the mouse scroll instead of sticking with the app on the other screen.
