Ok, DisplayPort monitors are kind of weird. They actually disconnect from the system when powered off, so powering them back on will definitely cause a bit of flicker as the system detects the monitors, but it definitely shouldn't last for more than 60 seconds. Does the same problem occur when DisplayFusion isn't running?
