This should actually work fine once we've implemented Windows 7 style pinning for the DisplayFusion taskbar, so I've added your vote to that feature request.
Thanks!

PuttyTray, it's available here: http://haanstra.eu/putty/. As for the command line, it's following: "D:\Program Files (x86)\putty.exe" -load tuomi. This loads the tuomi profile, which I have saved earlier, and then instantly connects to it.
EDIT: Side question. When using grouping, if you close a window using the preview X, the preview closes whereas with Windows 7 task bar it stays open.. Is this a known bug?

I'd like report a bug, well, more like inconsistency. When middle clicking an application in task bar on Windows 7, it opens a new instance of the application. So does DisplayFusion, but not with the same launch parameters as the app was launched at first. So, please make DisplayFusion to follow Windows 7 style. It's a bit annoying if you try to open a new instance of an SSH connection, it just opens the connection form instead of the connection.

Solution: instead of just reading the exe, read the current command line too. I know the app can change the command line, but it's better than nothing!

In summary: DF only launches the application when an app is clicked. The launch parameters are ignored.
